When you present an important decision to your team. One way is to state as it is, If they donโ€™t like it, explanations you give for that decision can sound like excuses. But if you state reasons that motivated your decision you make your answer a logical conclusion.

Showing vulnerability by admitting that you donโ€™t have all the answers, can foster a sense of connection and hearts love connection. Then, your vision can provide direction for the team.
